About Me
Hi, I’m Andrei Koltšin (Kolchin) — an entrepreneur who believes that good design can change how we feel, how we live, and even how we see our homes.
It all started with one simple goal: to make spaces feel cozier and more personal. Just me, a few rolls of vinyl, and a dream that anyone could create a place that truly feels like theirs.
Over time, that dream grew into Decords TM, a brand that helps people all around the world decorate their walls, furniture, and windows with beautiful, high-quality decals. My goal has always been to make creativity accessible to everyone — simple, joyful, and full of heart.
My Mission
To create things that make a home feel warmer and life a little more inspiring.
For me, it’s not just about selling products. It’s about helping people experience that small spark of happiness when they bring an idea to life — when a blank wall suddenly tells a story.

I’m inspired by design that tells a story, by the challenge of making ordinary spaces feel special, and by those moments when a customer sends a photo of their finished wall and says, “Now this is my favorite corner of the house.”
The Journey
I started from scratch — no investors, no big promises, just a passion to create.
In the early days, I cut and printed every single decal myself, checking every detail by hand. Then came the Roland printers, plotters, cutters, a small but strong team, and partners who believed in the idea.
Today, I manage AnOL Ltd. (OÜ), Slaf Ltd. (OÜ) and Decords TM, sending our designs worldwide — still guided by that same belief that design should bring people joy and connection.
My Vision
I see the future of design as a blend of technology and humanity.
Machines can print, but only people can add soul. My goal is to bridge those two worlds — to make beauty accessible without losing the human touch that makes it meaningful.
