Before application:
- Use a clean, dry, stable and fully cured surface.
- Follow the paint manufacturer’s curing time. Paint that feels dry may not be fully cured.
- Test a small, discreet area when surface compatibility is uncertain.
Installation and cleaning:
- Apply without stretching the material and smooth it gradually.
- Some products can be repositioned during installation. This does not mean they can be stored and reused later.
- Use a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth only when the product instructions allow it. Avoid abrasive tools and strong solvents.
Removal:
- Lift an edge and peel slowly at a low angle.
- Use moderate warmth only when the product instructions allow it.
- Stop if paint, wallpaper or the underlying finish begins to lift.
Residue-free or damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed for every material, paint system or surface condition.

Choose the size of the complete layout
The English selector is labeled Size (in), so its dimensions are in inches. Each option defines the available width and height for the complete layout, not the height of each letter. Your wording and font determine the final proportions; the lettering does not have to fill a square.
For example, 24 x 24 is a layout area up to 24 inches wide and 24 inches high. A long business name and a short two-line message can have different finished dimensions within that area. Send the wording and design details
Selecting a size does not specify your business name, font or color. Email info@decords.com with the product link, or your order number if you have already ordered. Include:
- The exact text, including capitalization, punctuation and line breaks.
- Your preferred font or lettering style, vinyl color and alignment.
- The required overall width and height, with the measurement unit.
- The intended surface and indoor or outdoor use; attach a photo when helpful.
Attach an original artwork file when your request depends on an existing design. Questions can also be sent through our contact page. When the required dimensions, artwork or surface suitability are uncertain, contact Decords before placing the order.
Application and use
Apply to a clean, dry, smooth and stable wall, glass panel or another confirmed compatible surface. Allow fresh paint to cure fully and test a small hidden area first.
