Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from the Decords online store at www.decords.com.

The store is operated by AnOL OÜ, registry code 12315625, VAT number EE101842662, located at Laki 4-9, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@decords.com.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is shown by the store. Any applicable taxes, delivery surcharges or other charges required for the order are shown before payment.

Product images are illustrative. Screen settings, materials and production methods can cause small differences in color or appearance. Customers are responsible for checking the selected design, size, color, direction, quantity and personalization details before placing an order.

Placing an order and accepting these terms

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and payment is accepted. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they had the opportunity to read and accept these Terms and Conditions, the Return & Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy. This acceptance does not waive or limit any mandatory consumer rights.

An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout. If an ordered item cannot be produced or supplied, Decords will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution or refund.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers selected by the customer. Decords does not store full payment-card details.

Custom and personalized orders

Customers must provide accurate text, dimensions, files and other personalization instructions. Production may begin after the required information and payment are received. The customer confirms that they have the right to use any submitted names, logos, images or other protected content.

Custom-made, personalized and special-order products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. This does not limit rights relating to an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

Production and shipping

Orders are generally produced within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Standard worldwide shipping is free, with no minimum order.

  • Standard delivery to the United States is generally estimated at 6-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Priority delivery is generally estimated at 2-5 business days after dispatch where available.
  • Delivery times for other destinations depend on the country, product and available carrier service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information and events outside Decords' control can cause delays. Tracking information is provided when the selected service includes tracking.

What free shipping means

Free standard shipping means that no separate standard delivery charge is added to the customer's order at checkout. Decords still pays the carrier to transport the shipment. Free shipping does not include a new delivery, address correction, return-to-sender transport or other additional carrier services required because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, recipient unavailability followed by failure to arrange delivery, or failure to collect a shipment after proper notification.

Delivery, tracking and collection

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address and, where requested, telephone number. The customer should monitor the tracking information and promptly contact the carrier or Decords if a delivery exception is shown.

If the carrier makes a delivery attempt and, under its service rules, redirects the shipment to a pickup point, the customer must take reasonable steps to receive or collect the shipment within the carrier's holding period. This applies when the customer has been informed through tracking, a carrier notification or a direct message from Decords.

Unclaimed, refused and undeliverable shipments

A shipment may be returned to Decords if the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery is refused, the recipient does not make reasonable arrangements after a delivery attempt, or the shipment is not collected from a designated pickup point within the carrier's holding period.

After the shipment has been returned, Decords may offer:

  • reshipment after the customer confirms the delivery details and pays the actual cost of the new shipment; or
  • a refund where a refund is available under applicable law or Decords' return policy.

If the failed delivery is attributable to the customer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the actual and documented additional costs directly caused by the failed delivery. These may include return-to-sender charges, address-correction charges, storage charges and, where legally permitted, the cost of the unsuccessful outbound shipment. Such costs may be deducted from a voluntary or non-statutory refund or invoiced separately.

If a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund will be calculated as required by that law. Where required, the least expensive standard delivery charge paid by the customer will be refunded. Any supplementary amount paid for priority or express delivery above the least expensive standard delivery may be excluded. The customer remains responsible for direct return costs where the customer was properly informed and applicable law permits it.

No failed-delivery or return-to-sender costs will be charged to the customer when the failure resulted from an error by Decords or the carrier, including an incorrect label created by Decords, a confirmed misdelivery, or the absence of a genuine required delivery attempt or required notification.

Right of withdrawal and 90-day returns

Consumers who are legally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract may exercise that right within the applicable statutory period. For eligible consumers in the European Union, this is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods. Statutory exceptions apply, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

In addition, Decords offers a 90-day return policy for eligible standard products. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items, custom-made orders, personalized items and special orders are excluded unless required by law or the item is incorrect, damaged or defective.

Before returning an item, contact info@decords.com with the order number. Items sent without prior return authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and Decords does not provide a return shipping label, unless Decords confirms otherwise for an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory refund deadlines remain unaffected.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Customers should inspect the order after delivery and contact Decords promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or defective. Include the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Depending on the circumstances, Decords may repair, replace or refund the affected item in accordance with applicable law and store policy.

Two-year warranty

Decords products are covered by a two-year warranty. This commercial warranty is additional to any mandatory consumer rights. To make a warranty claim, contact info@decords.com with the order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs.

Personal data

Personal data is processed to manage orders, payments, delivery, customer service and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Necessary order information may be shared with payment, delivery and service providers.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints should first be sent to info@decords.com. Decords will review the information and respond in a form that can be reproduced in writing.

If a consumer and Decords cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, an eligible consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or another competent dispute-resolution body. Information is available at ttja.ee.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.
