Photographs of the installation area and a visible reference measurement are useful for large or site-specific projects.
Artwork and reproduction rights
Vector PDF, SVG, EPS or AI files are preferred for logos, lettering and cut graphics. Photographs and printed artwork should be supplied at the highest available pixel dimensions. Fonts should be outlined or legally supplied when editing is required.
The customer must have the right to reproduce every submitted logo, photograph, illustration, font and other protected element. Decords may request a different file or decline content that cannot be produced or reproduced responsibly.

- Production: artwork is printed or cut, finished and inspected according to the confirmed specification.
- Dispatch or installation coordination: items are packed for the agreed destination, or site requirements are confirmed for supported installation work.
Samples and prototypes
A physical sample or small production run can be useful when color, adhesion, wall texture, cleaning, opacity or finishing is critical. Sample requirements and costs depend on the project. A sample demonstrates the tested combination and does not replace inspection of the final installation surface.
Volume pricing and minimum quantities
Quantity pricing depends on the material, artwork setup, number of versions, size, cutting complexity, finishing and packing. Some products are efficient in small repeated batches, while others require a larger production setup. Send the actual quantities rather than requesting a general wholesale price list.
Reorders and multi-location projects
For repeat work, retain the approved artwork, finished dimensions, material specification, color reference and version number. A clear naming system reduces errors when different branches, languages or vehicle models need separate files.
Multi-location projects should identify the quantity and delivery address for each site, as well as any local installation dates or access restrictions.
Installation planning
Large murals, complex vehicle panels, tall shop windows and difficult access can require professional installation. Include photographs, surface details, site address, working height, access times and any venue or property rules. Installation availability is assessed separately from print production.
